rear light boot

Post  daz.h on Sat Feb 19, 2011 5:07 pm

this seller is a GENUINE guy, and he sent me one of the rear light terminal covers, this is not the correct item, and i have sent it back to him.
look at the luna manual on luna base.
they dont fit anywhere near ! (too short ,wrong shape, not wide enough, too narrow etc)
think twice about bidding, before anyone thinks i'm trying to put you off, you have my assurance i'm not.
he's new to ebay and does have some nice stuff, unfortunately these are not what they are listed to be and i have told him so, i was told that he was going to insert a message on ebay and inform people and the highest bidder, however, bids are constantly changing and ive not seen anything added yet, so now i'm telling you.
he was sold these a GENUINE items, unfortunately it looks like he was had over,(years ago)

It's up to £50 Shocked Shocked I noticed he first listed a nos toolbox and tools for £30 i think, on a buy it now also a set of foot pegs on the same deal and a nos carb for £50 i recall. They didn't stay on long and the tools and pegs were bargains all day long, now all his items are auctions. It's sods law that i'm skint when something like that pops up.
It'll be interesting to see what else he has.

I was the first bidder - but not the winner! Luckily...
I too wondered that the item looked quite different to what was on my bike.
Unfortunately I - of course - missed the toolbox.

Daz

I had to look again and again at this rubber boot before deciding that it was not the real thing! so p/n 20863016 still remains elusive! I am convinced (for my own sanity) that there must be some out there somewhere......

The toolkit and carb (never seen a NOS one of those) at the prices paid were good buys! Was the buyer anyone on here?

Cheers
Neil
