i have 2 spare sx200 carbs , so i think that i will put the the vega interior in
but i'm not really sure for the timing
i know how to do it Wink , but the mag housing is broken and i can't mark it ....
so maybe i'm wrong ?

have you got it running yet panamesc?

i use the bulb and battery method to time mine in, i also use a digital micrometer to gauge tdc.
from memory the firing point is around 1.8mm before tdc.

If the pilot jet is blocked or there is an internal blockage in the carb it will suffer and most Vegas were a little fluffy on tickover try a slightly bigger pilot Jet original is 45 so maybe try a 48.I assume it's 75cc and not 125 conversion,if it is that's maybe why it's suffering.
Another thing that makes them run shite is bigger exhaust ,but loking at the pics it seems standard ,the insides haven't been cut out, have they?
Check also that the woodruff key is not sheared on crank/flywheel it could be stuck in the wrong position.
Hope this helps I assume you are in France looking at the number plates.
